Carlo Sini, La scrittura e il senso

 

Sin dalla sua origine la scrittura intrattiene un legame profondo con il debito. In questo senso, ripercorrere i passaggi antropologici attraverso i quali la scrittura si forma significa mettere in scena due posizioni dialettiche tipiche della nostra civiltà: quella tra il quando ed il quanto, da un lato, e quella tra il come ed il perché, dall’altro. Entrambe si sono sedimentate nelle immagini della temporalità che l’uomo è andato via via costruendo. Qui la possibilità di ritrovare, al di là della hybris del presente, il rapporto originario tra la scrittura ed il senso.

Since its origin, writing has maintained a deep connection with debt. In this sense, recalling the anthropological passages, through which writing shapes itself, means to stage two typical dialectic positions of our human society: on the one hand, the one between when and how much and on the other hand, the one between how and why. Both have settled in the images of temporality that man has been gradually built.
Here the possibility to find again, beyond the hybris of present time, the original relationship between writing and sense.
