C’è nel saggio una dimensione fenomenologica che interroga la relazione tra la giovinezza e la poesia, grazie all’aiuto di autori come Höldelin, Benjamin, Leopardi, Montale ed altri: la giovinezza come ricordo, asperità e paesaggio. Ma la giovinezza e la poesia che la interroga passano anche attraverso la dimensione decostruttiva, dove è l’interrogativo disperante che vuole uscire dalla cornice di un idillio, fra la morte e la ricerca dell’assoluto. Nella dimensione della responsabilità, quel rapporto conduce poi all’apertura verso la maturità, dove il tragico della perdita è ricostruzione di un senso.

Within this essay a phenomenological dimension inquires the relationship between youth and poetry, drawing on different authors such as Hölderlin, Benjamin, Leopardi, Montale and others: youth as memory, trouble and landscape. But youth and poetry are also analysed in the light of the deconstructive dimension, where the despairing question wants to get out of the frame of an idyll, through death and search for absolute. In the dimension of responsibility, such relationship leads then to the opening towards maturity, where the tragic of the loss is reconstruction of a sense.
