Eugenio Trías, Sound imagination

The development of musical ear implicates the union of the organisation of different sound dimensions – linguistic articulation, sound, music – with the sensitivity of each person. The author calls this union “sound imagination” and its result “sound symbol”. Their transformation go hand in hand with peoples’ existence, from pre birth to death, defining dream, eros, evil, art and science.
