Gabriella Bosco

 

Prof_10foto g bosco is associate professor at the University of Turin. She deals with narratology: her studies focus on theory of literature, from baroque to post-modern. She has published: Il meraviglioso barocco come segno della trasgressione (Meynier, 1985); Tra mito e storia (dell’Orso, 1991); A casa loro. Conversazioni sulla cultura francese contemporanea (dell’Orso, 2000); Eugène Ionesco. Al di là del quotidiano (Edizioni dell’Accademia, 2007). She has conceived and is editor of L’Almanacco, a series dedicated to compositions (Il romanzo dell’Io, Portofranco, 2003; Il teatro del racconto, Portofranco, 2005; Plot & Set, Progetto Immagine, 2007); Le parole non dette (Serarcangeli, 2007); Il romanzo francese contemporaneo (Trauben, 2011). For several years she has been studying personal writings in collaboration with Philippe Forest, theoretician of the novel and writer; she has translated some of his essays (Il romanzo, il reale, Holden maps-BUR, 2004; Il romanzo, l’io, Holden maps-BUR, 2005; Anche se avessi torto. Storia di un sacrificio, Alet, 2010) and novels (Tutti i bambini tranne uno, Alet, 2005; Sarinagara, Alet, 2008; L’amore nuovo, Alet, 2009; Anche se avessi torto, Alet, 2010).
