Paolo Magatti, “No one can live without skin”. Education and psychic boundaries in contemporary organizations

The essay aims to investigate the deep significance for the trainer of the issue of borders and their weakening in the context of contemporary organizations. Through a critical analysis of the “organizational ambiguity” construct, developed by the Italian school of psycho-socioanalysis, it highlights the need to gain experience of boundaries, not denying but mobilizing and urging them. The methodology of operative group allows to make experience of the border as a limit, as a space of transformation and as a place of encounter and confrontation with the otherness.
