Partendo da una critica serrata della scuola come istituzione prescrittiva, l’autore indica nei cambiamenti degli ultimi trent’anni le potenzialità per immaginare ed attuare un nuovo rapporto tra insegnante ed allievo. Un nuovo rapporto fondato sulle esigenze reali di conoscenza degli studenti, sulla loro curiosità e, anche, sulla natura profondamente erotica (quindi piena di passione) che caratterizza il binomio sapere-apprendimento.

Paolo Mottana, What is left of change? From an ascetic Education to an erotic/heretic experience of knowledge

Starting from a hard criticism about School as prescriptive institution, the author tries to show how changes in the last thirty years could be seen as the key to imagine and execute a new relationship between teacher and student. A new relationship based on students’ real needs of knowledge and curiosity and, moreover, based on the deeply erotic nature (i.e. full of passion) which is typical of the combination “knowledge-learning”.
